Firstly I arrived to be told that I had not booked the room. I had to check all my paperwork at reception to confirm my booking. The room itself was just a converted bedroom which you had to walk through corridors past housekeeping trollies etc to access. The room was not big enough for the number of delegates. There was no projector in the room and when it did eventually arrive it was very old and did not suit the room size. I had to take a table from the Cafe Room to put the projector on, not that it made a huge difference to the projection size. The projector did not have a HDMI connection. I had to request coffee as no one had expained the Cafe Room at the end of the corridor. Had to request biscuits as none were there. Room was tired. Would not book this venue in the future!

I have been to this facility before and i intend to return. The staff are excellent and the is a very professionally run operation and facility. The meet and greet was excellent and attention to detail made my meeting a huge success. Well done team.
