Firstly I would like to thank you both for your efforts and support for our Medical Law lecture on Wednesday evening.
The building itself was clean and bright and a stunning surrounding for an evening’s entertainment and along with the warm welcome we received on arrival we found it a great nights entertainment.
The service was impeccable and our clients could not have complimented you more. From start to finish the event was seamless and I was particularly impressed with your attention to detail. Even down to the selection of drinks and biscuits on our reception table were greatly appreciated!
Your team were also very helpful and all of our requests were met straight away. Please do thank your team for their help and service during our event. When these events occur it is always very helpful to know that there is a support team in the background.
It really was the small touches and attention to detail that I found quite excellent. Our guests had a fantastic evening and all had thoroughly enjoyed the lecture and the drinks reception.
We will certainly use your venue again in the near future and I look forward to working with you all again soon.

I wanted to thank you for the exceptional support that your team and colleagues provided for our MSSO MedDRA training this week. I have delivered the training at various different venues across Europe and have never been treated as well as I was at RSM.
The team could not have done more to ensure that all the needs of the attendees were taken care of and that as the trainer, my job was made a straightforward as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when we realised that we had ordered the wrong room layout and failed to request sufficient power supply. I apologise for this oversight. Nasser and his team transformed the room in minutes without any suggestion of complaint at our error.
Throughout the two days, the events and operations staff came across frequently to check all was satisfactory even today when they were all very busy with another large event. Amy, John and Karen all came to introduce themselves, as you yourself did, and with such calm, efficient manner you all conveyed a sense of reassurance and trust that everything was all under control.
Catering was prompt, attentive and the food was superb. I received many comments from my attendees intimating how impressed they were with the venue overall and I have passed this positive feedback on to the MSSO in Virginia, US.
I have been spoilt by having your team's support for these training days as I usually need to do so much of the planning and logistics on the day myself. I very much hope that the MSSO will choose to come back to RSM many more times in the future.

On behalf of Chris Head, Linda Glennie and myself I wanted to write and let you know how very impressed we were the Royal Society of Medicine’s management of our conference this week.
Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful from reception staff, cloakroom and the room layout crews to the chef and serving staff. I especially appreciate Chef’s quick reaction to unexpected diets – a delegate lunch and one formal dinner guest spring to mind.
So many hands made such light work of our two days but I want to pay a special thank you to you personally, to Karen, Jaber, Nigel and Alena.
No doubt you will be in touch soon about the final bill, but thanks again for saving us the voting costs. It’s so hard staging this kind of event when you are a charity. You want to give people value for money but you cannot look extravagant. I think you helped us achieve that balance.
