Cancellation / Amendment Policy Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, 48 hours notice must be given without cancellation charge, except Advance Puirchase Offers which are non-refundable but transferable. All Non-Arrivals will be automatically charged for first night's accommodation. Please note all pre-payments on all bookings are non-refundable, but are transferable to any Lynch Hotel subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the hotel needs to amend your reservation, we will make every effort to contact you in advance of your arrival date. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or any inconvenience caused to any fellow guest. Payment Details Laser or Credit card details are required at booking and a booking fee of €4.00 per booking will apply. A reservation confirmation will be emailed to your preferred email address. (We regret that we are currently unable to forward reservation confirmations by post). All additional charges incurred during your stay must be paid for on departure. Voucher payment: All Voucher reservations must be supported with original voucher issued. Please present upon check-in to validate. Failure to produce voucher will result in full payment being charged. 3rd Party Payments: All 3rd party payments must be arranged direct with hotel. All 3rd party credit card details must have following information sent direct to hotel: Copy front and back of card; letter detailing amount to be charged and signature authorising payment of same. Please note failure to provide this information may prohibit 3rd party payments or check-in of guest. Directions: The South Court Hotel is located at the Raheen Roundabout on the outskirts of Limerick city. It is just off the N20 Limerick to Cork/Kerry road. Legislation Due to Licencing laws, we regret that children (up to 18 years of age) are not permitted in the hotel bar areas after 9pm.
