You have the option to manage availability (booking engine) or not (instant quote)
You then accept our terms and conditions before submitting your listing to us for approval, then we set you live
You can also choose if you wish to add our systems to your own website.

- Select meeting room
- Choose refreshments & refreshments
- Add their contact details
- Instant quote:
Client receives email with full quote also cc'd to you to confirm availability - Or
- Booking engine:
Client provisionally books with credit card / invoice. You receive confirmation email.
In both cases you have direct contact with the client.
