You have the option to manage availability (booking engine) or not (instant quote)

You then accept our terms and conditions before submitting your listing to us for approval, then we set you live

You can also choose if you wish to add our systems to your own website.

5. Add their contact detaills

Or

1. Clients search
2. Find your hotel / venue
3. Selects you and 2 other venues
4. Sends 3 venues their request for proposal (RFP)

• Instant quote:
  Client receives email with full quote also cc'd to you to confirm availability - Or
  
• Booking engine:
  Client provisionally books with credit card / invoice. You receive confirmation email.
• RFP:
  Client send you their requirements and you respond direct to them.

In all cases you have direct contact with the client.
