Meetingsbooker.com was founded by ProactivMarketing.ie in early 2008. 

Meetingsbooker.com is Ireland's largest conference room comparison website with room hire prices.

Our portal website allows conference hotels and venues to promote directly to conference and meeting organisers. 

All room hire prices, meeting room special offers and information is managed by the venues themselves, hotels and venues will respond directly to all instant quotes and bookings.

Our meeting room online software can also be used on the conference hotels own website.

The objectives of Meetingsbooker.com are as follow

• To provide conference and meeting organisers with access to quality conference hotels and venues including: meeting room hire rates refreshments and IT equipment costs.
• To deliver a free service to conference organisers and meetings bookers.
• To allow meetings bookers to compare meeting venues and conference hotels including prices and either book meeting rooms online or receive instant quotes.
• To provide conference venues with a direct marketing channel to promote room hire rates and last minute meeting room special offers direct to individuals, associations and companies organising   meetings

Our Background

Ciaran Delaney Director and Founder of both ProactivMarketing.ie and Meetingsbooker.com has over 10 years senior tourism marketing experience. Ciaran spent 7 years working with Tourism Ireland / Bord Failte as Manager in Norway, Manager in Italy and Internet Development Manager. 

Ciaran was also Director of Marketing for the Citywest Group, which included Citywest Hotel, Conference and Golf Resort which is Irelands largest conference hotel, he also covered the PGA National Ireland Golf Course at Palmerstown House as well as Weston International Airport.
