When does the free trial start?

Your free trial lasts for how long it takes for you to surpass €450 in confirmed bookings. See free trial for other currencies. This can be a few days or weeks and will depend on whether you have good meeting room pictures and rates. Once you pass this threshold you will then pay our listing fee. When this is received you will have a full year on the site with no commission charged

Do we have to update availability?

NO. You can choose to use our Instant Quote System which does not require you to manage availability. However, if you choose our Meeting Room Booking Engine you will be required to update the availability calendar.

How do you monitor bookings?

We store all bookings and quotes in our management extranet system. We are also send a copy of all email confirmations sent to clients.

Do you charge commission?

No

Where are your bookers from?

We receive the majority of our bookers from the British Isles, but also from mainland Europe predominantly France, Germany and Holland.

Our meeting room bookers are made up of corporate companies, training companies, individuals, associations as well as government and semi-state bodies.

How do you set up special offers?

Firstly, login to our management extranet using your username and password

You can create special offers for certain meeting rooms over different time periods. Offers are based on a percentage reduction in room hire.

1. Click admin
2. Click special offers
3. Select meeting rooms
4. Add % discount
5. Click “yes” to portal question to add offers to Meetingsbooker.com
6. Click “no” if you only want to offers on your own website
7. Click “create offer”

How to add software to your website?

Our software can easily be added to your own conference venue or hotel website. We provide you with a simple search code which can be added to your website by your web company. Alternatively you can simply add a graphic "Book Meeting Rooms" which links to your white labelled system.

How to set up booker rewards?

Firstly, login to our management extranet using your username and password.

A booker reward can be created based on the total value of confirmed bookings. E.g "For all meeting room bookings over €1,500 receive 1 night gift voucher".

2. Click booker rewards
3. Add name and description
4. Add "value over", start date, end date and image
5. Include terms and conditions
6. Click “online"
7. Click "create"
